 Kimberly Grana, RDCS, CMPE

My background reflects over 20 years of diversified experience encompassing
both health care and business development expertise. I am a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) through the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE).

I have extensive experience in physician group practice management, credentialing, contract negotiations, compliance, human resources, financial analytics and provider recruitment.

I utilize this knowledge to assist physician groups looking to grow medical practices, increase revenues, manage and reduce costs, and develop new innovative ideas for increasing revenue opportunities. Healthcare is my passion.

I am President and CEO of a very successful consulting firm, KG Medical Solutions, LLC., a company that effectively manages the business side of healthcare.

I currently sit on the Board of the Nevada State Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and engage in public speaking for MGMA membership and certification. I also sits on the education committee and conference committee. Additionally, I am on the Steering Committee for the Nevada Health Care Forum and involved in the annual planning of several multi-organization collaboration events. 

I hold a degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and I am nationally registered by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) as a registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS).

I am a mother of four incredible children and the very blessed wife of an amazing First Responder. My family of First Responders has three generations of Vegas Born natives. We are all dedicated to the serving the community in Southern Nevada.
